The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Andora, Austria, Belgium, Bosnien und Herzegovina, Bulgarien, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republich, Danmark, Estland, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Swiss, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of € 6.90 per order.
For orders over € 70.00, shipping is free.
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of € 4.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

We calculate shipping costs abroad based on shipping weight and destination country:
Europe 1 (Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria):
up to 5 kg = 6.90 €
over 5 kg to 10 kg = 12.90 €
over 10 kg = 16.90 €

over 5 kg to 10 kg = 14.90 €
over 10 kg = 18.90 €
For orders over €400.00 we offer free shipping abroad.
For deliveries to foreign islands, an island surcharge of € 10.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities and public institutions.
